Frequently asked
My streak reset and I practiced yesterday.
Streaks compute against your device's local calendar day. If you traveled across time zones, that can shift the boundary by a day. Streak-freeze tokens (premium feature) will land in v0.3 and absorb most of these cases automatically.
Why does the app ask for HealthKit "read" permission if it doesn't read?
It actually only requests write access. Apple's framework requires we declare a read-justification string even when the share array is empty — that's why the system prompt looks bidirectional. The app never reads any HealthKit data; you can verify this in Settings → Privacy → Health → Pranayoga, where only the categories we write to will be checked.
Do sessions need internet?
No. Once installed, the app never makes a network call during a session. The pose library is bundled at app install time. You can enable Airplane Mode and run the app indefinitely.
Will there be Apple Watch support?
Yes — planned for v0.4. Live Activity / Dynamic Island already runs on iPhone 14 Pro and later.
Korean copy doesn't sound natural to me.
Please tell us — every Korean string is reviewed by a native yoga-fluent speaker before App Store submission, but there's always room. Email the screen name and the suggested rewrite.
How do I export my data?
Profile → Export — coming in v0.3. Currently the data lives in the app's SwiftData store and Apple's Health app (if you opted in to HealthKit). Both are backed up by iCloud Backup if you have it enabled.
How do I delete everything?
Profile → Reset → Delete all data. Or simply uninstall the app — the SwiftData store goes with it. HealthKit samples persist in the Health app and can be deleted from there.
Pre-release feedback
If you're on the TestFlight beta and want to leave structured feedback, you can also use TestFlight's built-in "Send Beta Feedback" — that includes a screenshot and device telemetry that's invaluable for diagnosing UI issues.
